Santos Lucero Ventanas used to have a Great Buffet. We went on Sunday,Feb 17 and they are now a restaurant. Their service is lousy. It took 25 minutes to get our appetizers, 5 minutes later we got our entrees, except for 1, which took another 15 minutes for them to get it out.
